About Rally Magazine
Rally is an innovative multimedia magazine combining print, digital and social media to bridge the gap between storytelling and activism. Our upcoming Migration Issue aims to elevate stories and perspectives related to migration, and its intersections with systemic issues like racism, in so-called Australia.
What we're looking for
We are inviting expressions of interest from potential Contributors and Collaborators who want to be involved with the Migration Issue through any form of multimedia storytelling, such as personal essays, poetry, photography, video, or other creative forms.
As a contributor, you will collaborate with the editorial team to create content that aligns with Rally’s mission of expanding empathy and driving collection action. Lived experience is central to our work, so we are only seeking contributions from individuals with lived experience in migration.
We also welcome contributions from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are interested in engaging with migration-related topics. We strongly encourage contributions from people of diverse, intersecting and marginalised backgrounds to ensure a wide range of perspectives on the topic of migration.
